Responsibilities
• Designing marketing collateral for all channels and media• Working with web development team for website and social media design• Updating client literature and marketing materials• Supporting marketing objectives and tactics• Managing production with external vendors• Assisting with budget management and vendor selection• Maintaining brand standards• Tracking project workflow and ensuring delivery dates are met• Providing quality control• Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines• Supporting conference and trade show production• Reporting and program evaluation• Participating in problem-solving sessions• Additional duties as required
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Online Graphic Design, Design & Marketing, Graphic Design or related field• Minimum 5 years of previous graphic design and marketing experience• Strong portfolio of print and digital materials• Solid knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite• Knowledge of graphic design essentials and strategic application• Strong project and production management skills• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing demands• Strong proofreading and organizational skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Collaborative and team-oriented• Experience with content management systems and internet ads a plus• Working knowledge of multimedia, video, and print production processes and tools• Physical requirements: sitting and typing for extended periods, occasional walking and bending• Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 20 lbs
