Job Description:
Delek US Holdings, a leading energy company, is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in the highly competitive energy industry.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Delek US Holdings remains competitive in the digital space- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3 years of experience in digital marketing- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Resourceful and able to work independently- Driven to achieve results and exceed goals- Emotional intelligence and strong research skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Experience working with energy or related industries is a plus
