Job Description:

Ro is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at our San Jose, California office. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and possess a resilient and motivated personality.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for optimization- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software- Strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough research- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
