Responsibilities
• Consults with staff to maintain all technology elements within the assigned location• Collaborates with school or departmental staff for technology purchases and allocation• Communicates with staff regarding system changes, ongoing issues, and upcoming projects• Owns all incidents reported by staff and ensures timely resolution• Deploys, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains technology equipment• Maintains accurate inventory of technology equipment• Performs system administration work and installation of approved software• Implements emerging technologies and reports findings• Develops and maintains technical documentation• Provides support for students and staff
Requirements
• Associates degree or equivalent experience in IT field• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Certifications preferred: MCP or MCSA, ITILv4, HDI, A+, N+
