Qualifications:
3+ years hands-on desktop and client-support experience Level 1 and 2 Support Must have experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and prefer experience and knowledge of ServiceNow Microsoft O365 MS Teams Windows 10 iOS, Android, Windows Phone
