Responsibilities
• Process NSF sheets and Returned Deposit Items• Assist customers and bank employees with problems or questions• Support the Visa Debit Card program• Batch paper transactional work for scheduled 90-day destruction• Assist in daily courier bag distribution, postage processing, and regular statement processing• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel• Perform Bookkeeping functions• Complete credit inquires• Process Insufficient Funds and Unposted reports• Assist customers with deposit account questions• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries• Assist in distribution of monthly statements held for customers at branch offices• Cross train on Data Processing Department• Organize branch courier bags for daily courier run schedule• Handle internal inter-office mail to branch and bank departments• Comply with regulations, policies, and procedures
