Job SummaryThis position will primarily provide administrative support in coordination of day-to-day operations for Departmental Copier Program (DCP) and Print Shop.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination of administrative support for DCP – Provides support regarding general operation of DCP equipment. Papercut Site management, this entails speed chart additions and removal into the system as well as updating user profiles.Customer service – Acts as the first point of contact for the University Print Shop/Copier Program. This entails answering customer questions, setting up user profile, processing/collecting debit payments, closing out orders, creating invoices and helping with in store order pickups.Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesExceptionally organized and excellent communication skills. Proficient in computer operating systems, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, E-mail (Outlook preferred). Experience with automated Financial and HR systems preferred (PeopleSoft preferred). Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community. Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures.
