Dental Office Manager

Fast paced growing private dental practice offering 401k match, profit sharing, and PTO seeking an efficient self starter to help manage our team and daily operations. 
Responsibilities and skills needed include: Manage and oversee daily office operations Verify insurance and patient eligibility. Send out preauthorization and claims. Present treatment plans to the patient Post payments and follow up with unpaid claims. Must be familiar with most common commercial and government insurance plans. Knowledge of dental terminology and processes Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with dental softwares Open Dental and XL dent  Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively Experience in managing doctor and Hygiene schedules
