Responsibilities:
Design and implement systems to ensure the accuracy and completeness of research data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a scalable and secure research platform.
Analyze data quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain data dictionaries, schemas, and documentation.
Work with internal and external collaborators to optimize data processing pipelines.
Stay up-to-date on data quality best practices.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in computer science, (bio)statistics, informatics, or a similar quantitative field (preferred).
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
5+ years of experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and tests.
Experience working with real-world clinical data.
