Full job description Job Title: Photo Data Coordinator Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal, Non-exempt (eligible for OT) Position Length: July 29 - December Location: Eagan, MN This role supports the JostensPIX Operations Team with the management of School Picture Day digital data and processing materials. We need a team member to help fulfill daily business operational needs to support this fast-growing division.
YOU WILL: Deliver. Execute the daily photo processing flow (including hard drive intake, image uploads, wiping hard drives, etc.) Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure customers have access to photos as promised Review and validate subject data for accuracy Support. Assist JPIX Operations Team with various office projects throughout the season Respond to Customer photo inquiries Provide excellent customer service to schools, venders, and internal partners Complete projects in our warehouse related to storage and shipment of photography equipment YOU HAVE: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years related work experience in a similar role(s) Customer facing customer service experience Extremely strong attention to detail and organization in a defined process Creative problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment Comfortable sitting in front of a computer 90% of the time Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite Adept with technology and learning new software applications Flexible disposition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven Preferred: Experience and interest in photography Background or keen understanding of technology Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite LOVE WHERE YOU WORK: We care about YOU.
