Position: Data Centre Network Engineer (CISCO ACI) Location: Tulsa, OK - Hybrid – Must be local 6 Contract month Start date: ASAP Overview: The primary role of the Data Centre Network Engineer is to implement, audit, manage, optimize and troubleshoot the Cisco network. Must have Cisco ACI experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the delivery of Data Centre operations. The L3 consultant must be able to demonstrate hands-on experience with solution design, implementations and support. The individual will consult while working as part of a delivery team and/or individually as the delivery lead. This ideal resource should have experience with providing customers with technical and best practice guidance, hands-on configuration, deployment support, and project management support. Requirements: Must have 3-5 yrs. Experience with design and implementation experience of data centre networks, including Cisco Nexus & ACI platform. Must be CCIE (active) Perform network design, configuration, deployment, execution and operational support of CISCO Network WAN and LAN environments. (routers, switches, and security appliances ) Support network solutions including routing, switching, WAN optimization, load balancing, SDDC and SDWAN environments. Design, configure, deploy, maintain, and administer network connectivity supporting distributed locations, manufacturing plants and data centres, inclusive of WAN, LAN, network software, hardware, and tools. Implement and support Data Centre Network LAN distribution, Internet Edge, Cloud Connectivity, and appliances. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator. Good writing skills and ability to multitask in the support of this project.
