Job Role: Data Architect

Location: Louisville, KY (It's an onsite position(5 days in a week)




Job Description: Responsibilities:
Partner with marketing, loyalty, and MarTech teams to understand their data needs and challenges.
Design and develop data architectures that support efficient data collection, storage, integration, and analysis.
Implement data solutions using relevant technologies such as data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Work with data engineers and analysts to develop and implement data models.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data management and analytics.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
Proven experience in designing and developing data architectures for marketing, loyalty, and/or MarTech applications.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines.
Familiarity with SQL and data modeling techniques.
Experience working with big data technologies (a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
