Job summary
Supports the facilitation of general and specific training and development programs.Contributes to the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training and development programs.Works with vendors and educational organizations to support the development and delivery of training and development programs.

Responsibilities
• Prepare instructional materials for learning environments.• Assist with needs analysis, audience analysis, and tasks analysis.• Conduct external research to identify and evaluate training and development programs.• Plan and administer learning and development activities.• Maintain records and reports on training progress.• Implement evaluation plans and prepare evaluation reports.• Provide input to improvement recommendations.• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.• Respond to training and development related questions and requests.
Requirements
