Responsibilities
• Responding to client support requests via phone calls, chat, and emails• Testing students and obtaining/understanding reports from the testing system• Setting up and troubleshooting client testing environments• Reviewing new software releases and providing feedback• Verifying releases using multiple platforms• Logging defects found and answering developer/QA questions
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• One year of relevant experience• Experience providing technical support via phone, email, and chat• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and different operating systems• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills• Software testing experience• Experience with educational assessment systems• Basic SQL knowledge• Experience working with CSV files
