Job Description:

United Technologies is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or related fields, the ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, and possess exceptional communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes- Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or related fields- Confident and hardworking personality traits- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong strategic planning abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
