Job Description:
Entergy, a leading energy company in San Diego, California, is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and issues- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints- Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges- Maintain customer records and update information as needed- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and trends- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
Requirements:- Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve problems- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
