Job Description:

CSX is looking for a talented Customer Support Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time, work from home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives- Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner- Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve the overall customer experience- Analyze customer support data and generate reports for management- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer support experience- Train and mentor new customer support team members- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field- Proven track record of managing a team and delivering exceptional customer support- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Energetic and able to motivate a team towards success- Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
