Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team at Berkshire Hathaway in Houston, Texas. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide support and assistance to customers with account management, billing questions, and product/service information.3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
