Job Description:
Procter & Gamble is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will be motivated, resourceful, and possess strong time management and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and other related issues- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
