Job Description:

Klarna is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing excellent customer service- Assist customers with account inquiries, payment processing, and general product information- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Provide input and feedback on customer service processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment- Energetic personality with a positive attitude towards customer interaction- Cooperative team player with excellent interpersonal skills- Experience with remote communication tools and technology- Strategic planning skills to effectively prioritize and manage workload
