Job Description:

Windstream Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for confident and driven individuals who possess strong time management skills and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.2. Assist customers with any inquiries, issues, or requests they may have regarding Windstream products and services.3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any potential concerns.4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.5. Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their overall experience.6. Utilize customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Confident and driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed.3. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.4. Proven ability to work well in a team setting.5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.6. Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly.
