Job Description:
As a Customer Success Representative for Cummins, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients from the comfort of your own home in San Jose, California. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction- Proactively reach out to clients to provide product information, updates, and assistance- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and feedback- Meet and exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and sales targets
