Customer Success Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

NRG Energy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from San Diego, California. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer success role.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive customer success- Monitor customer health indicators and proactively reach out to customers at risk of churn- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer retention and growth- Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in a customer success role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks- Experience with strategic planning and account management- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
