Job Description:
Estee Lauder is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers are fully utilizing our products and services, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and driving customer retention and expansion.
Responsibilities:- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention- Monitor customer health and usage data to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure customers are utilizing our products effectively- Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback and inform future product enhancements- Analyze customer metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure success- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and drive customer success
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities- Experience with CRM software and customer success tools- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention- Excellent organizational and time management skills
