Job Description:
Citigroup is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Dallas, Texas. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their continued success and satisfaction with our products and services. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and goals- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized support and guidance- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolutions- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement- Drive customer retention and expansion by upselling additional products or services- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions as needed- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for product enhancements- Create and deliver regular reports to track progress and performance metrics
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities- Resourceful and confident with a positive attitude- Ability to negotiate effectively and adapt to changing circumstances- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
