**Job Responsibilities:**
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our school partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that leverage our tools and resources to maximize impact.
- Provide outstanding support and guidance to both our tutors and partner schools, helping them make the most of our unique solutions.
- Champion our brand and advocate for the unique value we bring to the education space.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and seek continuous opportunities for growth and improvement by learning from industry leaders.
- Onboard, launch, and support new customers, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Customer Success or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with school leadership.
- Proven ability to take a leadership role in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering results.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Notion, Hubspot) and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for taking on new challenges and opportunities.
