Job Description:

Edison International, a leading energy company based in Austin, Texas, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.2. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Provide ongoing training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services.6. Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to address any concerns or issues.7. Develop and execute customer success plans to drive value for both the customer and the company.8. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in customer success or a similar role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to analyze data and identify trends.5. Excellent problem-solving skills.6. Driven and resilient personality traits.7. A passion for providing exceptional customer service.8. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
