Customer Success Associate

Western Refining is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services- Proactively reach out to customers to offer support, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed- Analyze customer data and feedback to make recommendations for product enhancements and improvements- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- High level of adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proven negotiation skills- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
