Customer Success Associate

Home Depot is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate in San Diego, California. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a retail environment and start a career in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter- Maintain a clean and organized store environment- Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers- Inform customers about upcoming sales, promotions, and events- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Resourceful and resilient attitude- No prior experience required, training will be provided
