Job Description:
Hanesbrands, a leading apparel company, is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, have critical thinking skills, and possess emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly and effectively- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system- Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools to enhance customer experience
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
