Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:Penske Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The Customer Success Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining and building strong relationships with customers- Manage customer accounts and provide support as needed- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement- Create and deliver reports on customer satisfaction and retention metrics- Assist in developing customer success strategies and initiatives- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and insights

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Resilient and resourceful attitude- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
