Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns.4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and demands.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
