• Welcome and support inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner• Listen attentively and respond to customer inquiries regarding Vehicle Service Contracts• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify potential contract cancellation causes and present solutions• Provide accurate information on coverage plans, terms, pricing, and incentives• Process customer contract adjustments, renewals, and cancellations• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes related to Vehicle Service Contracts• Fulfill individual and team performance objectives• Maintain call quality, average handling time, and customer retention targets
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Experience in customer service or call center position focusing on customer retention• Excellent verbal communication abilities with a professional telephonic manner• Active listening skills and empathy towards customers• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using customer service software and databases• Knowledge of Vehicle Service Contracts or familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus• Problem-solving capabilities and customer-oriented approach to inquiries
