Job Description:
Ford Motor in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a hardworking and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Ford Motor customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner- Providing product information and technical support to customers- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service- Strong problem-solving and research skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent
