Job Description:

Hertz Global Holdings is looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Customer Service Specialist at Hertz, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills and qualities to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with rental car reservations, changes, and cancellations- Process payments, issue refunds, and resolve billing discrepancies- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
