We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Marsh & McLennan in Washington, D.C. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely manner.2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer requests.3. Manage customer accounts, maintaining accurate records and updating information as needed.4. Assist with new client onboarding and provide product or service demonstrations as required.5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.6. Meet and exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.7. Develop strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and increase retention rates.8. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to better serve our clients.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.3.
