Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange in Dallas, Texas. As an entry-level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, hardworking, and possess strong decision-making skills with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and claims2. Process policy changes, updates, and cancellations3. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and third-party vendors4. Assist with policy renewals and premium collections5. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner6. Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company's database7. Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry regulations8. Work towards achieving departmental goals and targets

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology6. No prior experience required - training will be provided on the job
