Job summary
Public Storage is hiring for Property Managers with customer service experience.Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, assessing storage needs and ensuring spaces are ready to rent.Physical requirements include the ability to lift/move items up to 35 pounds and spending up to 50% of time outdoors.

Responsibilities
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.• Inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability.• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.• Ensure customers are current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks on facilities.• Maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal.• Walk in/around facilities and climb stairs.• Transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Requirements
• Successful candidates come from customer service centered sales environments.• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between locations.• Ability to lift/move items up to 35 pounds and spend up to 50% of time outdoors.• Retail, restaurant, fast food, or service-based experience preferred.
