Responsibilities
• Work independently at multiple locations• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Inspect storage units for inventory and availability• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits• Keep customers current with payments• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks• Transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds• Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time outdoors• Climbing stairs and opening large doors• Maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
Requirements
• Experience in customer service/sales environments• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for transportation• Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds• Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks• Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods
