As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our success.
Position Overview:
As an Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in our company's success by supporting both the customer service and sales departments. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing information about our clients services, addressing inquiries, and assisting them in the enrollment process. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain foundational experience in customer service, sales, and client interaction, with ample room for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers , answering inquiries and providing accurate information about our clients products and services.  Engage with customers and successfully execute presentations on behalf of our clients to drive new enrollment and increase sales  Assist customers throughout the enrollment process, guiding them through necessary paperwork, procedures, and agreements. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and provide them with necessary follow-up communication. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients services, pricing, and offerings to effectively address client questions and concerns. Utilize CRM software to accurately document client interactions, update information, and track progress throughout the sales cycle. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques. Contribute to achieving team and individual sales targets, while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to successful enrollment. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. No prior experience required; training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment. #Li-Onsite
