Host Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, resourceful, have strong people management skills, and possess high emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat- Providing assistance and guidance to customers regarding bookings, reservations, and general inquiries- Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on delivering excellent customer service- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively- Providing feedback to management on customer trends and concerns
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software- Must be reliable and resourceful- People management skills and high emotional intelligence
