We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in our SLC office to join our team and uphold our reputation for unparalleled customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative at Krosswood Doors, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking shipments. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible. Provide product information, specifications, and guidance to customers and prospects. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, logistics, and manufacturing, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. This is a full time in office position. Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with CRM software. Knowledge of doors and related products is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training. Benefits:
