Customer Service Representative

Downtown Houston client seeking 20 Customer Service Representatives to assist our clients customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Our representatives provide excellent service to existing customers with a one call resolve mindset. Experienced or entry-level candidates should be willing to learn on the job, have excellent communication skills, and be highly reliable.
Requirements
6 months customer service experience
HS Diploma or GED/equivalent
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Computer literacy and typing skills of 25 words per minute
Criminal record check and drug test required
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries about lost or damaged devices
Process device upgrades and resolve customer issues
Engage with customers and promote protection/tech support solutions
Maintain data accuracy and performance standards
Location: Downtown Houston, on Travis Street
Hours: 1:30pm 10pm
The shift includes weekends with two set days off during the week
Open 7 days a week


Training: Three-week training session, paid at $12.00 per hour.


Pay: $12.00 per hour base PLUS
$2.00 per hour attendance incentive
$4.00 per hour from 6-10 PM weekdays and all hours worked on the weekend
Bonuses:
Paid $10.00 for every upsell - bonus is paid each month
