AbbVie is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Conduct research to assist customers with product information and troubleshooting- Use independent judgment and decision-making skills to address complex customer concerns- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation- Meet and exceed customer service goals and expectations
Requirements:- Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent research skills to gather information and solve customer problems- Strong decision-making capabilities to address customer issues confidently- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
