Responsibilities
• Offer and sell car wash services, memberships, and items in the store.• Identify and meet customer needs during a visit.• Assist customers at tunnel entrance/pay terminal or vacuums.• Rotate responsibilities and work at various stations.• Build relationships with customers and have a positive attitude.• Present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options.• Identify customer needs and present complimentary solutions.• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.• Perform administrative tasks and transactional functions as directed.• Follow Waterway policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
• 6 months work experience in a retail environment or leadership position in an organization.• Current and valid driver's license.• Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance.• Ability to perform essential functions safely.• Compliance with health code requirements.• Meet minimum age requirements for sale of tobacco and alcohol (where applicable).• Ability to complete required trainings/certifications.• Ability to provide excellent customer service.• Ability to effectively present and sell car wash services and memberships.• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
