Responsibilities
• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls• Assist customers in person and over the phone with their rental needs• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner• Provide directions and general assistance• Assess condition of rental upon return and process returns• Market the company while picking up and dropping off customers• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions• Perform administrative and basic accounting functions• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old• High school diploma or GED equivalent required• Some college preferred• At least 1 year prior customer service or retail support experience• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years• Must be authorized to work in the United States• Ability to work the specified schedule
