The role of the CSR is to answer phones, schedule sales consultations, schedule service appointments, and maintain the scheduling calendar. Customer interaction and positive customer service is a must.

Answering Phones Scheduling In-home consultations Scheduling service calls Troubleshooting issues with clients Manage Podium Conversations Calling leads from various sources ** Required Skills/Abilities: **
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
