Customer Service Positions

We are seeking a candidate with a background in Sales and Customer Service to join our team in our company ! We are looking to add 4-5 new Customer Service Associates to our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues hands-on.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints directly Provide information in-perosn about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele College graduates are encouraged to apply ?
