Job Description:
Kinder Morgan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer in our Indianapolis, Indiana office. As a part-time position and with entry-level seniority, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who possesses a strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Provide information about products and services to customers- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently- Maintain customer records and update databases as needed- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service- Independent and reliable work ethic- Strong problem-solving skills- Innovative mindset- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent
