Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Entergy. This is a full-time remote work position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Monitor customer service metrics and provide reports to upper management- Train and onboard new customer service representatives- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer service operations- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Energetic and independent personality traits- Creativity and emotional intelligence are essential soft skills- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software- Experience working in a remote team environment is a plus
